At CologneCart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened, used, or sprayed.

  • Please contact us at support@colognecart.com before sending any returns. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@colognecart.com


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards


Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect order.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
